Brad Koch, President
Brad Koch was born and raised in San Francisco and currently lives on the Peninsula with his wife and three children. He first got started with Trinity Properties (who is one of the largest apartment owners in San Francisco) working in the corporate housing department. After three years with Trinity, he began work for B. B. & K. Capital Corporation managing a variety of different properties throughout the Bay Area. He stayed with B. B. & K. for over 15 years.
Meanwhile, Brad entered the arena of property ownership himself & started acquiring apartment buildings, which have since expanded into other development opportunities. In 2008, Brad founded Ridge Reef Properties, Inc., which has proven to not only be his passion, but also his biggest success to date. Currently, Ridge Reef Properties represents over 300 apartment units, 500,000+ s/f of industrial/ commercial space, numerous retail sites, a thriving self storage facility and other various investments, all under one management umbrella.
Brad is a people person, willing to work with tenants & owners alike and relentlessly strives for a win-win solution. His treatment is fair and he is committed to handling each property as if it were his own. He understands the nuts and bolts of a building and consistently works to improve every building he manages. In addition to running his own business, he is a real estate broker, Olympic Club member, AYSO Director, enjoys skiing and camping in Mendocino.
