Financial Reporting

  • We provide monthly financial statements to our owners that are clear and comprehensive. These statements include accurate accounting of receipts and disbursements
  • Mortgage, insurance, and annual tax payments are made promptly when due. All vendor invoices are verified and paid
  • We keep records of rental payments and security deposits; make regular bank deposits and other financial transactions as well as reconcile bank statements

Leasing, Marketing & Applicant Screening

  • We actively market vacancies and thoroughly qualify all prospective tenants. By Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with tenants we can maximize a buildings full potential

Property & Project Management

  • We monitor building maintenance and repairs with frequent on-site visits
  • We expertly supervise any capital improvement projects
  • We have established relationships with contractors and vendors so we can provide you with reliable services and materials
  • All work on your property is supervised by our team to ensure that the repairs are performed in a timely manner and are up to our standards

Tenant Relations

  • We field tenant complaints and problems and then follow through to the successful resolution of such issues
  • We also serve as a liaison between tenants and act to resolve any disputes that may occur
  • Should the need arise, we are capable of handling evictions and have relationships with specialized attorneys
  • We are experienced in California non-discrimination laws and ADA requirements and conduct our business in accordance with fair housing practices
