Originally built for the Koret clothing company, 375 Alabama Street is now converted into industrial office and warehouse use. It was largely occupied by San Francisco City College, but when they moved into their new Mission Campus we transformed the building into its current unique home for architects, designers, and construction service contractors.
3130 20th Street is an urban industrial building in the vibrant Mission District. Built originally as a Beakins Moving Company warehouse, now it houses a diverse community of creative, educational, medical and light industrial tenants. The building has recently undergone a minor renovation to update its appearance and better accommodate the tenants.
