Established in 2007, by Brad Koch, Ridge Reef Properties provides professional property management and development of commercial and residential income properties.

Ridge Reef Properties is managed by a team with broad experience in maintaining a clients' facilities to high standards at low costs. Born out of BB&K Capital Corporation, much of our experience comes from managing the investments of a small group of investors with very high standards.

In addition to this, we bring over 40 combined years of property management experience from every corner of the real estate field. Our knowledge of sales, leasing, marketing, construction, financial reporting and tenant relations – both residential and commercial – gives us the necessary perspective to merge all aspects of property management and produce a solid, viable and lucrative plan for our clients' investments.

With experience as property owners as well, we understand first hand the issues regarding asset ownership and how to balance these needs with the needs of tenants to maintain a solid investment.
